Every night before I go to bed I follow a beauty routine to ensure I will fight all signs of aging and replenish my skin with all the necessary ingredients for an ageless and healthy look.
The first two products I use are anti-aging night treatments by Vichy called Liftactiv Retinol Nuit for face and Vichy Liftactiv for eyes. These products truly give you visible results right as you wake up. They are a combination of pure retinol and a triple-dose of Hyaluronic Acid for overnight plumping and resurfacing action.
You could also use the ROC retinol line especially if you have never used retinol before. It can be irritating at first but your skin will get used to it. The ROC brand has a sensitive skin line of retinol products for the face and eyes as well. I used that brand for the first time I started with retinol products and I moved up once I noticed no irritation.
Both products work wonders. It’s all about preference. Also both are priced fairly low, bellow $50. I’m currently using Vichy because the added Hyaluronic Acid which is a plus for plumping our skin.
Right after that I apply the Ossential Growth Factor Serum Plus. This product also contains retinol but with the addition of amino acids to stimulate cellular function, it reduces collagen loss and restores elasticity. Your skin will look tighter and firmer. Because of the antioxidants on this product, it protects your skin against free radical damage. This is so important if you like to work out like me because we lose a lot of free radicals during exercises and recovery. Don’t forget to apply it to your neck and chest.
You could also use the Neocutis Bio Cream Riche Restorative Skin Balm. It is a product containing Growth Factors just like the Ossential one. Again it’s about preference. I use the Ossential at night because it has more moisture to it and the Neocutis Bio Cream during the day. I will do a post later about what you should be using during the day.
For right now I just wanted to make sure you knew who I’m going to bed with so I you prevent further damage. Also replenish your skin and fight wrinkles to look ageless for years to come!!
